No, and that is the magic of the Naki Power stations network! You rent your powerbank where it suits you best, and you return it where it also suits you best. It doesn’t have to be the same Naki Power station. You are completely mobile during the rental.
In the Naki smartphone app, a city map will show your location and the nearest Naki Power stations.
Launch the Naki app on your smartphone, tap on “Unlock” and scan the QR code on the Naki station.
At a Naki Power station, insert the powerbank in an empty slot. Within moments, the ending of your rental period will be confirmed in your Naki smartphone app.
You will need to find a way to charge your phone just enough to turn it on, before you can proceed with the rental.
- If you are with a friend, ask them to rent a powerbank for you (our powerbanks ensure ultra-fast charging).
- If you are by yourself, ask someone close by to charge your phone for just for a few minutes.
- Some of our stations have emergency charging cables (on the back or side). But be patient, as they charge much slower than our powerbanks.
Not at the moment, but if a friend of yours needs one, invite her/him to download the Naki smartphone app.
